Thank you very much for coming out to our house on Thursday regarding the Comcast connection.


Today, Friday, Darren Young arrived in the morning. He said he was "disgusted" with the situation that we were told we had an illegal installation and no cable on internet since a truck took out the line on the 11th. He took pictures and had an installer here by 10:00 A.M. and came back to oversee the installation. None of this would have taken place without your immediate attention and knowing the right person to call and finally getting someone out to our house.

We are very grateful for your help you have always come right out whenever we needed your expert services. As always I will continue to recommend you to anyone looking for a highly qualified electrician, and a great guy.

The street decoration installation time was cut in half with the use of your bucket truck, allowing myself and the city truck to concentrate on decorations while you put up the brackets.
